Small club, but plenty of equipment. Opened 24/7. Usually very quiet on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.

Don't bother coming during peak times you will only be asked to make room for people doing the HIIT classes. Rudest staff I've ever encountered in a gym.

Small gym, but friendly staff and a good atmosphere

Nice gym, can be busy at peak times because it's small, but outside of 5-7:30pm it's good. Equipment maintained, clean. One star off for the loud music; I just wish they switched it off. In 2017 you can assume people who want music will wear headphones; so why play loud music that no-one likes.

It is ridiculously hard to cancel a 'no commitment' membership as they make you go in to the gym inside office hours to cancel. I originally joined as I work long hours and could workout outside of hours. Due to increased work it I could not get there and it was not possible to go inside office hours to cancel it. I called and attempted to cancel but I was informed there was nothing they could do. Ended up costing me an extra $104 as I was not able to get in to weeks later.

To add insult, after finally being able to go in to cancel it, they just sent me another membership fee.

Do not use this chain of gyms!

Clean gym. 24/7 Not many ppl, a lot of upper body machines. 1 deadlift rack and 2 squat racks. 2 cables. IMO not enough lower body machines, just 1 leg ext,1 leg press,1leg curl,1seated hacksquat and annoying calves raise machine no more than that.
Would recommend hitting shoulders triceps and chest on this gym.

Weights are dropped frequently. It's annoying! I wouldn't be surprised if there was damage done to the building.....

Great crossfit area, Squat rack and Deadlift station

Clean, quiet, great staff. Still has that new-gym-sheen.

Good local gym, nice decor, good quality machines

Everything is fantastic about this gym; equipment, location and staff!
Please just change the music playlist... I hear the same stuff everyday!
