Very convenient, quality of the five is variable

User

Great Coffee! Good vibe in the place.

User

Good for coffee and take away food. The sun is very bright in the morning, some blinds will help

User

Food and service very good.

User

always good, coffee always x hot .. just how I like it

User

A nice and cosy cafe with a friendly staff.

User

Great barista Glen

User

'I ask for change my order but, staff said like you can't change because we already make it!! but no, they didn't ...

User

Very Good Fast Service Staff Very Friendly Highly Recommend.

User

Consistently good coffee, good food & good service!

User

The place need a serious uplift, though spacious and sells full range if food

User

Missed the egg from my $16 Caesar Salad. Realised 3/4 through eating my meal. Mentioned it to the chef and he apologises and gives this fantastically condescending look, saying "would you like me to?". No don't bother. I'll find somewhere else to eat. User

One of the best coffees in Gungahlin. If you like you coffee rich and strong, try the coffee here. Indoor and outdoor seating.

User

Absolutely the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. Staff are slow and uncaring. Always on their phones or huffing and puffing about having to serve. Truly disappointing. I've been in there many times and walk past every morning so this isnt just a one time review. Pick up your game guys or you'll end up shut it down one day.

User

awesome coffee - not your typical "franchise" coffee

User

Coffee is a bit hit and miss, the staff are nice and good place to sit and watch the world go by!

User

nice cosy place, friendly staff and great coffee

User

Great service, great coffee, and the $5 double bacon and egg roll is the best value around Casey I reckon!

A few months ago I even dropped my full coffee in Supabarn and the girls saw it and insisted on giving me a new one on the house.

It's my go-to coffee shop around here...

User

The coffee is fine but the food isn't worth ordering. I returned my breakfast as three things on the plate weren't cooked properly. The other meal we ordered was no better. They gave me the wrong coffee as well. Staff are nice but it's not worth it.

User

Very friendly atmosphere, great fast service and tasty food.
Dropped in for breakie and had the baby with us. You never know how staff will take it when you turn up with a bub. To her credit the lady waiter welcomed us and even came up to say hi to the youngster and give him a friendly rub on the head.

We had a big breakfast, a bacon and egg roll and a couple of hot drinks. All delicious thanks.

User

Nice to be recognised as a regular and have my order remembered by multiple staff members. Keeps me coming back.

User

Very cheap ingredients used in the kitchen. Place is bare and has no soul or feel.

User

Beautiful cafe, staff remember my order and just a lovely vibe

User

Food is less then average in quality and serving size of food is inconsistent. Ordered the same thing weeks apart and received different serving sizes.

User

Good reliable coffee. Nice breakfasts. Cheerful and chatty owner/manager. A nice little local cafe that we enjoy frequenting.

User

Friendly staff and reliable coffee and other beverages. They also have a decent selection of pastries, including a few gluten-free things.

User

Coffe takes way to long to come out. No remorse for the long wait

User

Good coffee and tasty breaky wraps.

User

The boys and I get together here once a fortnight for a catch up with each other and we enjoy a great cuppa with a great breaky to boot. Staff are very friendly and competent.

User

Very nice with pleasant service

User

It's a meh coffee shop. It's a chain so coffee is okay, it's pretty consistent but consistently meh. Not bad but much better exists. I frequently go here for convenience. The staff are pretty poor with their service, the food is really poor quality but it's expected for the type of place it is.

My best experience I ordered food and coffee with it too much of a wait, service was not good or bad and they didn't screw up.

My worst experience I ordered my take away coffee without the server saying a word to me. The coffee then tasted like a$$ and I didn't finish it.

User

The coffee is just acceptable but it is too inconsistent to be enjoyable on a regular basis.
Whilst anyone can make coffee not everyone is a barista and this place is a good example of the first rather than the latter.

User

Yes they will let you have a late breakfast. 😊

User

Very disappointed- heads up when you have customers walk in smile to them, if you are busy doing NOTHING tell them you will be with them in a minute. DO NOT IGNORE THEM. I am disgusted in the service, I will not bring my workers here, I will not bring friends or family here, I will not be returning here. Don't even bother going here the service is shocking

User

Great coffee and food. Great location

User

Great coffee. Parking is a bit limited, but there's usually a spot free!

User

Amazing place depending and amazing coffee depending on the barrister

User

Great staff and service, very kind to disabled people. Good food, prompt coffee. Good for kids with the kids menu. Try the Breakfast Wrap, which is available all day!

User

Nic place and coffee however understaffed and inefficient in the mornings. Don't try to get your coffee here before work, you'll be late!

User

Amazing coffee & service every visit! My family and I frequently visit here and have never been disappointed it's now my go to coffee shop & I even bypass my local guru who were hit and miss and come to Amaroo as they nail it every time! Thanks guys!

User

It's tidy and cosy; would appreciate more updated news papers and I think the cakes are certainly overpriced.

User

Awesome coffee served with a smile. Great breakfast options rather than the pre made offerings at other Guru's

User

Great to have a friendly and convenient cafe in Amaroo!
Last Friday the cafe with a friend and our daughters were playing with my hand bag. They must've got my purse out and it was left under the table. That evening there was a knock at the door and one of the baristas was there with my purse! What beautiful honest service.

User

Great coffee, friendly staff, quick service

Tucked away at Charnwood shops, this cosy and welcoming cafe greets you with a smile and the delicious aroma of coffee as you walk through the door. Although small in size, they have cleverly created numerous and spacious seating inside and out. It has been beautifully decorated and the painted murals on the wall are eye catching. There is a slightly larger seating area tucked away at the back where kids can have plenty of room to enjoy a treat with the grown ups. The coffee here is wonderful and I've had no complaints. It is made professionally with a touch of love by the kind baristas and as you wait you can drool over the desserts and figure out how many you could eat before raising eyebrows. A special mention to barista Daniel who has always made our visits happy and goes above and beyond for the customers. He is very welcoming and helpful as is all the staff here.
Nicole is very approachable and caring of your experience here so if you have a question or have had a problem, it's better to approach her first and discuss your thoughts than come on here or their Facebook page and write negative things. They are always willing to improve peoples experiences here and are open to feedback which is a much more positive and constructive outcome for everyone 💖☕

User

They make a nice hot chocolate that you can enjoy sitting outside

User

Good place to grab a good quick cup of coffee. Not much inside seating but on a sunny day the tables outside are fine.

User

Best staff ever. Great coffee

User

Best coffee in town!! Nice staff and great service.
Egg and bacon rolls are awesome too!

User

Nice suburban cafe with adequate indoor and outdoor seating.

User

Had quite an unfriendly and grumpy staff member. Another visit my order didn't arrive without having to follow up

User

Great coffee and cakes, good weekly specials, fast and friendly service

User

Cater fir allergies including 8ng lactose intolerant. Polite staff happy to help.

User

Coffee is always fantastic, as are the staff. I've never had a burned or bitter coffee here, and it's the only coffee place in Canberra that has me coming back twice a day for the flavour instead of coming back out of sleepy necessity. The place is gaining popularity the more people hear about it, so choose your rimes wisely.

User

Great coffee, friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

User

Good coffee and food. Quick service.

User

The best coffee shack ever. Love the awesome staff who are always so happy to see you :)

User

Consistently good coffee, friendly staff and most importantly for me - excellent customer service!

User

I felt sad today buying my coffee from Coffee Guru...Usually staff is very pleasant and polite and coffee is excellent. I was there around 6 20 AM (6 December 2016) I greeted the barista girl with Good morning and very politely said Can I please have a medium soy latte with no sugar. Her reaction was nothing. After making the coffee she Very rudely pointed towards the coffee with her head as if she has no tongue in her mouth. I felt like leaving my coffee there and go out. Still can not understand why???Was I rude with her??The coffee was excellent but her attitude ruined my wonderful morning!! Cant collect the courage to go there again!!

User

Great coffee!

User

Good coffee, spacious seating.
