Have received short change on a few separate occasions, also not a very personal experience.

I've relied on Comm Bank to support the community and reflect its views, but it has failed me. Investment in pointless coal projects is not what I expect from such a respected establishment and it has me very dissapointed.

Commonwealth Bank is the BIGGEST funder of fossil fuels of any bankS in Australia last year. CommBank is holding us back from a future with clean air, clean water and a healthy Great Barrier Reef.

Appalling service and lack of respect for the customer. I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with the Kingston Branch and unfortunately due to their closure I have had to find a new branch. I will be trying to find Gringotts before wasting my time in the Fyshwick branch again.

I have been with the CBA for decades, and I still believe that they are in a sense the вАШpeopleвАЩs bankвАЩ which is why it was established in the first place. Now we, вАШthe peopleвАЩ, not just of Australian, but of the world are demanding action on climate change - we need CBA to pull out of any projects that will endanger our environment, especially coal and gas projects. Please invest in renewables instead.
