Good experience. First time I went in no one approached me either for a while, I do not like to be hassled so this suited me. I found a car I was interested in on the lot, i perservered and on my second visit to the dealership Grahame appeared he was great, nothing was too much for him. Tom and the rest of the team we met were wonderful and extremely helpful. I would recommend you visit the lot. Friendly professional team. Thanks everyone.

Happy to take your money to do a sub standard service. I'm no car expert but i doubt the oil in a car with less than 30ks should turn black after a full service in less than 3ks and talking to some 17yo bimbo about my car service is beyond frustrating. Never again i should have stuck to Toyota

I was looking to spend nearly 63k on a new car.
But as any smart customer wanted to shop around.
I asked for a quote and was told that it was against company policy to give people copies of a quote, and would only give me a quote for RRP which is useless. Wouldnt have been surprised if they'd denied offering me a certain price because I wouldn't have proof.
You clearly don't care about getting my business, and you treated me like I was stupid. It's standard for any business to provide a written quote to customers and the fact you won't is just surprising.
Will not recommend to anyone, steer clear these guys are crap.

Booked in for service and fix front struts a month in advance, service completed but couldn't do the struts as none in stock - WTF. Their mechanics identified the struts would need replacement at the next service, it was identified that the struts needed fixing in the booking, yet nothing ready to go. Their website doesn't even have an area to lodge a complaint. Obviously looking after their customers isn't a priority. They can EAD.
