Community Connections Inc. (CCI) has been servicing the ACT Community since 1998.

Community Connections is a non-government organisation.

Which supports people with a disability to achieve an ordinary life. Our objectives are to develop capacity for natural support networks, minimise dependence on paid service and maximise inclusion in the community.
