Cooking Coordinates, located in The Piazza, is a treasure trove of top of the range cookware, gourmet ingredients, kitchen gadgets, cook’s equipment as well as the harder to find pieces.

We also offer cake tins for hire and gift vouchers and with new stock arriving at least twice weekly, you never know what you’ll find in store.

NOTE: All equipment and supplies (decorating tools, boards, cakes, fondant etc. ) will be provided on the day /s. Participants are however encouraged to bring a water bottle as well their own aprons to protect their clothes

Fondant Essentials 1: Cover and texture board and cake, construct fantasy flower. Materials: Fondant. Duration 6 hours (2 classes, each 3 hours).
2 Player Mother’s Day: Wrap cakes, model succulents. Materials: Fondant, Petal Dust. Duration 3. 5 hours. This class is designed for couples (parent /child, siblings, couples, friends) to work together.
Learn to Make Roses: 3 styles of roses, calyxes, buds and leaves. Materials: Fondants, Florist Wire. Duration 4 hours
Bears and Blocks: Make 2 bears and 4 blocks. Materials: Fondant, RKT. Duration 4. 5 hours
Classy Cupcakes: Decorate 6 cupcakes (engagement /baby shower /birthday /christening /high tea themed) Materials: Fondant, Buttercream. Duration 3 hours.
Choc Cuffs and Curls: Wrap 2 cakes in chocolate, make chocolate cigars, shards and decorations, dip strawberries. Materials: Chocolate, Cream (optional), Fresh Strawberries. Duration 3 hours
Christmas in July: Create a Christmas themed candle and wreath centrepiece. Materials: Fondant, gumpaste, Florist Wire, Airbrush. Duration 5 hours (2 classes each 2. 5 hours)
Fondant Essentials 2: Decorate board and texture cake as enchanted tree stump, create wired embellishments Materials: Fondant. Duration 7 hours (2 classes each 3. 5 hours)
Spring Themed Pots: Create a wired flower, carve and cover pot, texture board and assemble. Materials: Fondant, Florist Wire. Duration 6 hours (2 classes each 3 hours)
Airbrushing: 4 class course throughout September. Restricted to 4 participants. Design concepts, stencil making, airbrushing techniques. Materials: Fondant, airbrush paint.

Conditions: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Payment in full is required at least 7 days prior to course. In the event of cancellations a $20 admin fee will be held from the deposit /payment refund if notice is given at least one week prior to class. If less that one weeks notice is given and position cannot be filled, deposit will not be refunded.
