Corinna St Orthodontics

Posting on behalf of my sister and a friend. Dr Sam whittle is a standard orthodontist but I've had better work done to my teeth from what they've done to hers and mine were a lot worse. The orthodontist assistants are nice but a couple of them are very fake and sometimes struggle in the mouth which poked and probbed my sister with the sharp tools and normal tools and my sisters mouth bled for abit as I believe they aren't qualified. Whilst getting work done and my sister is getting poked and probbed all the assistants are standing there laughing, chatting and talking about their weekend which is not professional, one larger lady walks around with an angry look on her face constantly, never has a smile which makes you feel negative. You always have so long to wait as there is only 1 orthodontist running from chair to chair and some assistants struggle because they have no idea what they are doing to your mouth 50% of the time, so you're sitting in the chair getting poked and probbed for 30 minutes max. Horrible experiences. Also a friend took his child there and his other child somewhere else at seperate times and with dr whittle by the end of the treatment they had to go somewhere else to get it done again and pay for braces again for them to get fixed, his child had braces on for 5 years in total because of his work. His other child had perfect braces for 2 years and teeth have been fine. Dr whittle always tries to reccomend the most expensive things when they aren't needed. Not to mention the receptionist is always SO rude, never answered the phone and looks like she hates her job that much she constantly wants to cry. My sister is just finishing up her treatment and we both do not reccomend anyone to go there at all!! horrible experiences! Unprofessional people!!!! Unheginic (hair always left on patients chairs) too much of an open area which is uncomfortable, ortho always snapping at the assistants and being rude, it's such a negative place! I do not recommend!

From the first day we walked in the door to have my daughter's teeth assessed, we have been extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the whole staff. Throughout the 2 and a bit years we have been going there, from the moment we walk in the door, we are greeted with a smile. Dr Sam knows all his patients by name and engages with them whilst he is providing the treatment. He is highly professional and definitely knows his "craft". Could not speak more highly of Corinna St Orthodontics and would recommend them to anyone considering or needing orthodontic treatment.
