Crafty Frog opened its doors on Tuesday 05 October 1999 and is very well known throughout Canberra and way beyond. Friendly, personal and professional service and advice, combined with a fabulous and ever increasing range of knitting and crochet yarns, embroidery, cross stitch and tapestry supplies means we are a true one-stop shop. Crafty Frog. . . the name. Many people ask me why I called my business Crafty Frog. Easy it combines my two loves - after my family of course - craft and frogs, and by having a generic name it has enabled me to expand into whatever area I choose, whilst having a business name that couldn’t be forgotten. Those who have been to the shop will by now have seen my beautiful red-eyed green tree frog, sitting on his lily pad complete with needle in mouth and my ever-increasing range of frog mementos decorating the shop.
