Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

Usually this place is good, but tonight I waited an hour and a half for the wrong pizza to be delivered, it's now been another hour and the new one is still nowhere to be seen (even though I was told my replacement would be prioritised). I ordered at 6:25pm and it's now 9pm.

Over an hour late for delivery... still waiting... and its only a tuesday night... would hate to see how bad service is on a busy night. Very disappointing....

Beware - Bad food & Bad behaviour. They are slow to deliver (we waited an hour and a half), and when you get it it's not great pizza. No better than the other chains. (The reviews that call this "gourmet" are a joke and must be staff). After 2 years of not buying there we gave them another go. They didn't deliver at all but still took our money. CC company is reversing the transaction now. Will never buy again. Staff are rude, if you can understand what they're saying. If you want average pizza get Domino's; if you want good pizza get Pizza Gusto or 10" Custom Pizzeria.

Good turn around time. Quality was also quite good.

Average - not the staff's fault, as the menu had recently changed and the stuff we liked was no longer available. Good turnaround time, but finding parking nearby was difficult.

Good quality pizzas. I got the vegan choice and it was really good. Not sure if there's more places that sell vegan pizza but you can find an option here.

Wrong timings Zzz... we reached at 9:25 pm and closing was 10pm. They refused our entry and said it's closed ... ridiculous!!!

Quality is good. But because of the numbers of orders, it does get busy

Ordered at 6.00 for a 7.45 delivery. At 7.57 I had to place a call to track my pizza down with a phone call. I was told they were too busy with tone of no empathy in communication. And the pizza was still in store

More than worth while pizza. Lots to choose from. Offers free 50/50 splits on large. Very friendly staff. Recommend double checking your pizza before leaving the shop to make sure they didn't mix up your order.

Last week , i visited there and order something.
taste is fine, but women cashier extremely rude.

Pizza tasted horrible , we sent back pizza to the store, as we couldn't find the exact ingredients that was tasting rancid. We were sent another one, which again tasted bad. We found out that the oil in the sundried tomato had gone Rancid. Store guys weren't ready to accept the fact that pizza ingredients were not as per the standard. We were so hungry by the time we received the second order , we removed the toppings and ate only the base.

Edit: we ordered again ,just to try out crust pizza and experience was much better this time. Order got delivered quickly and pizza tatsed much better. Changing my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Way too much money for Pizza. It seems if an item is 'gourmet' it is also expensive although I don't believe this is a good reason for the price of the pizza. The ingredients are thin spread, and the pizza is never hot. The service is always dreadful.

Surely The meat deluxe deserves a 5 star rating

Horrible customer service, order pizza and after an hour and a half the 'manager' told me that it was with the driver and would be an additional 10-15 minutes.

called for home delivery and it took 1hr and 20 min to get to the next suburb. Pizza where over cooked the base was as hard as the bow it came in and they where cold. Called to ask when it would arrive at the hour make and all they said was that was on its way and we would get a call in 10 min....no call yet! All this on a Tuesday! I would hate to see the service if it was busy!!!!

I am a regular customer at the Conder store and usually get great pizzas , but tonight there was hardly any topping. I called to let them know and said that I don't know who is cooking tonight if there new or what's the go and spoke with a guy named Jack . Jack was so rude and said he was affended with my comment. You pay for good quality pizza and you should get what you pay for . Well good customer service skills go a long way. I won't be purchasing any more pizzas from the conder store so there losing customers and will be letting my family and friends know.

Best crust pizza in Canberra, staff all very good！

Placed an order to pick up, told 20min. Waited with tired children in the restaurant for 40min being told, just one minute and it will be ready, for them to finally realise it was sitting there all along. Now cold. :(

So I ordered a vegan half and half pizza which I have enjoyed numerous times from the Casuarina store in Darwin. As a vegan it is not always easy to find take away options so when franchises offer them it is a real treat. Crust Kingston has just ruined it for me however. It arrived 40 minutes late and it was bone cold. Stuck in the boot of the incompetant delivery driver's boot. I watched him as he pulled up out front of my apartment. He was in no rush to do anything. It also didn't have the additional topping of chopped fresh chilli I requested and paid for. Also the amount of topping was not even half of what I am accustomed to from the previous store. The store is obvioussly aware of this as they offered to refund my money no questions asked. I will never order from them again.

Says open for lunch we planned a team lunch but it's not open!! Fix your opening times crust not good enough.

I will be making a formal complaint against the manager (Warran). Absolutely atrocious service.

Pizza was not ready in the advertised time of 20 mins and I had to wait almost a further 20 mins in the freezing cold store for my order

Pizza was delicious. Was thinking of not never visiting Crust after the bad experience with Weston creek Crust Pizza. But glad I tried Kingston store.

Don't say 60 mins unless you can live up on that promise. Delivery took 90 mins and I am only 5 mins away.

I live less than a km away but was exhausted after work and just wanted delivery. I ordered a pizza online and they said it would be a hour. 90 mins later I called and they said the driver had car trouble and would be there in 20min. Half an hour after that I called again and they claimed that they attempted delivery and I didn't answer my buzzer even though I sat in wait at my door for the pizza as I was starving by this point. They said that they could make my pizza and be there in another 20mins but I just wanted a refund by that point. Won't be ordering from them ever again. I should have read all the other negative reviews first.

We got hawian, biltong spiced lamb and lemon gremolata chicken... loved all off it yum yum great crust juicy meat .. top 5 pizza shops I've ever tried

I ordered pizza on the 21st of December on the website says that at 10 they took my order and took my money then end up saying they were shut and I would get my money in 3 days never got pizza and it's been 8 days and still they have not paid me back never buying there again no stars but I had to click once I could leave a feedback

Website doesnt even work. Call for a delivery and and their voice prompter tells me a staff member will be with me shortly. Not at any point after spending 10minutes on hold do these idiots deem it logical to say the store is closed.

Pizza here used to be good, when they first opened.

Slooooooooooooooooooooow delivery, if it ever get's to your place. First time, hour and a half. Second time, the pizza never arrived. Was offered a bottle of drink in compensation, no thanks, a $4 bottle of Mountain Dew isn't going to compensate a $25 pizza not arriving.

Tasty pizzas. Chicken perri perri with extra sauce is the bomb!!

Order a pizza, confirmed and paid for. 1 hour 20min goes by... still nothing. Give them a call. Oh we don't have that order and there's nothing we can do about it. Absolute worst.
