Can't recommend CWC Auto highly enough. The NRMA left me stranded by the side of the road and the guys at CWC got me out a jam the same day I rang them.

Great service and friendly staff who communicate with the customer about the estimated costs and time frame to finish the job. Booking online was so easy and keeping in touch with Sms or phone I always knew what was happening. The courtesy car was a great bonus too. Made it so much easier to get the car to a service. It's normally very stressful working out dropping kids and how to pick up the car at the end of the day but it's so easy with the courtesy car and the staff are happy to let you know how long the jobs are likely to take and cost so you can organise things. They were able to fit me in short notice and we're very helpful and explained everything to me. This was my first visit here I stumbled on the website while looking for a mechanic close to my work place, I was so pleased I will be coming here for all future needs for my Toyota rav 4. I highly recommend this mechanic

Honest and friendly mechanic who gave us great assistance with our radiator problem for a fair price. Would recommend.

I went here for a pink slip inspection and had a very honest and hospitable experience. When looking for a mechanic I have always been skeptical about unnecessary charges however that isn't an issue here. Unlike many other mechanics, Nat, the person who took care of my car even offered to take me into the workshop to show me on the car exactly what needed fixing. I then made the easy fixes myself upon his recommendations to save some money as I study full-time at the moment and living away from home. Later when we were chatting I found out that he was the owner of the place for over 30 years. The rest of the team were also just a solid bunch of blokes.

I don't often write a review nor do I often dabble with tradespeople as I tend to fix things myself. If you want a team you can trust to do the job you're there for and take you through the process alongside honest recommendations for the customer, I recommend these guys.

I've already recommended them to my mates and will be taking my car back here if in need of future work.

Same price for a minor service as NRMA but going to these guys you will be supporting a local business with an ethical business model. They are honest and knowledgeable; they are happy to explain things and don't recommend unnecessary work- this is important as a female customer. Definitely going back.
