Dan Murphy'S Belconnen

Solid selection of wine and spirits, all at the usual Dan Murphy’s prices. Only downside of this store is the mall parking can be problematic (number plate recognition parking can be odd).

Most disgusting customer service when I ask for price match there staff became rude like I’m asking them to stay in there room and refuse to price match even I show them Costco price been cheaper and they said we don’t believe on your email because these prices are unrealistic and we won’t make any money if we price match with Costco and ask his other colleague what you say
they been reacting like it’s there grandpa owned MINI MART
I never expected that service from Dan when I go there twice a week
I will never go back..

A place to dip in and get cheap booze, that's about it. I wouldn't expect good service.

Great selection - the only liquor store the mall really needs.

Racist staff who refused to sell alcohol to foreigners whereas we have the required age.

We have him present 3 pieces of identification (passport, driver's license, ID) and nothing. And he allows himself to mock you by telling you " I can't sell you alcohol because you are not Australians citizens ". What's this joke ! We are in Australia since 7 months and it's the first time we heard that !

Racist staff and not friendly.

We had already bought alcohol in your stores before this bad experience.

Good prices. Good range.

Good liquor store. Parking can be difficult in the mall

Good instore service and price BUT website has been consistently unreliable. ie now nearly 20mins and pages still not downloading, same as earlier today.

I was in store on a tasting day and staff completely ignored me. They saw me but after spending a few minutes talking among themselves they went and fussed over literally everbody else in the whisky isle. Too bad for them because I was actually planning to splurge that day. It was extremely weird really because the other times I've been there the staff are usually friendly.
