Here's a good article that's worth a read... "Duplex projects have the potential for significant profits, but considering the hidden costs, determining whether a duplex is a good investment depends on several factors and diligent number crunching." I agree, doing it yourself can be tough to get right. I've been blessed to help clients get into duplex's with instant increase in equity on completion, in excellent areas in NSW and QLD... and cash flow positive too. Definitely w...in/win!
