Delta Air Conditioning & Heating

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. We had a hideous experience with Delta. We bought a home with an air conditioning system that had previously been installed by Delta. When it stopped functioning, within the warranty period, we had three different Delta workers turn up with different explanations and no solutions. They wasted hours of our time over the course of eight weeks and never returned our calls or offered a fix, even when we were willing to pay (despite the warranty period). We eventually stopped calling and are going with another company. Such a disappointing experience.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Delta.
The immediate understanding and flexibility to fit us in when I explained our emergency leakage situation meant that we were able to use our air con by the end of the 36 degree day, and their active research and flexibility meant that we had a permanent fix within one week.

The biggest thanks to Phil, Stu and our tech Logan for making sure our air con was back to functionality so quickly. What you didn't know is that it was critical for us to get the air conditioning working because our dog has a severe heart condition that requires him to keep cool. Your understanding, flexibility and efficiency meant that we were able to keep him healthy. Thank you
