An unpleasant shopping experience. Took some gold and stone there, got a quote for a pendant made to order and gave him the job. During the process, the owner was really impatient and rude, so end up rather losing the deposit, took everything back and went elsewhere. Was really glad that I did, I don't see how the business survive with such customer service.

One star is being too kind! Anyone who is looking for good customer service and great jewellery craftsmanship DO NOT GO to Diamond Ring Design in Gungahlin. Not only did they ruined my jewellery and when I tried to talk to the jeweller about it in a calm manner I was yelled out of the store, sworn at and threatened. It was highly upsetting. Worst service ever!! I now have a unfixable piece of jewellery VERY UNHAPPY
