This library needs a make-over. Building looks run down and the selection of books, cds, dvds etc are limited. They need to be more up-to-date. I have been to cities in regional QLD with better facilities than this. Expected much better from the nation's capital.

A very good and well-stocked library, with great staff and encouragement of learning activities, but its great atmosphere can at times be diminished by a couple of parents using the library as a free after-school child-minding centre for their noisy and disruptive children. A very great shame for an otherwise fine library.
