Great service at every stage, in the showroom, measurer and installer a real pleasure and very capable.

Dollar Curtains and Blinds have an excellent product, but unfortunately more training needs to be provided to the measuring staff. Perhaps the measuring tape is not the way to go Natalia. I was very impressed with the initial service that I received until it came to the installation. Two of the seven double blinds did not fit, the measurement was taken incorrectly. I waited 5 weeks for the initial installation and then an additional 12 days for the two incorrect ones. I was annoyed that I had to pay the full amount up front, not knowing what I was going to get. I was offered replacement curtains for the two windows and OMG I think these curtains were picked up from the local tip. The office staff were polite until I tried to find out what was going to happen and when was I likely to receive the two blinds still outstanding. The tone in their voices changed.
All I can say is a big thank you to Paul who was the installer, he went out of his way to ensure the initial installation went ahead on the scheduled day and then fitted me in with the installation of remaining two blinds. To sum up, if you want a headache go with Dollars Curtains and Blinds, if you don't stay away from them.

beautiful variety of choices but very pricey. a 2*2 meter curtain will cost you around $600 :(
