Customer service very poor!

Went in yesterday for brunch, was really busy and told it would approximately a 15 minute wait. Decided to make a reservation for 2 people for this morning.

When we arrived we were asked to wait over to the side, it would only be a minute, 20 minutes later we were still waiting, the waiter who orginial spoke to us made no effect to acknowledge that we were still standing there.

Was really looking forward to having brunch here but after making a reservation, being ignored and waiting 20 minutes we decided to go elsewhere, very disappointing!

Customer service very poor!
