Dr. Brims, made the appointment so much easier, she was kind and gentle and explained everything. Super happy with her. Will be going back for sure.

What a woman. She was a warm, straight talker which made all the difference for us. 5 stars.

Dr Brims did a wonderful job with us. She has a great bedside manner and was transparent with the process the whole way through. We had success and will use her services again in the future

Marie, the receptionist is awful, first she changed my appointment time without notifying me and then she was super rude to me on both occasions when I was on the phone. Dr. Brims will be losing my business which would have been a full IVF treatment. If I could give a 0 rating, I would certainly do that. Awful receptionist, yelling at the top of her lungs and doesn't listens to the patient's needs. Good on Dr. Brims for keeping such an awful lady as her front office person.
Cancelled the appointment and going to another specialist.
