Best matcha frappe! I always go for large matcha frappe w/ cold herbal jelly & w/o red bean!

The store is supposed to open at 10:30am but never is. Forever going to get a drink on my breaks and have to go elsewhere because the counter is unattended. Last time I was there I was served by a young girl who was talking on her mobile phone while taking my order, she then proceeded to make me the wrong flavour of tea because she was not listening and then argued that I had said "honey" rather than "honeydew". She did make me a new one however her attitude about it was rude and I am not happy at all with her customer service skills.

Late to open. Lost my business. Not the first time either. Plus the manager is really unfriendly. Customer service?

Matcha milk tea is hopeless here. Totally different from what you can get in Belconnen store.
