Hello, my name is Julian, welcome to Elegant Slice!

I have been a pastry chef for over 30 years. I was trained in the U. K. and have worked in many establishments both in Europe and Australia and have a passion for all things sweet.

After many years working in cake shops, Patisseries and chocolate shops I am now using my skills to create exquisite cakes for all occasions.
