Such a lovely bouquet of flowers sent to my friend in Canberra. Lovely service and very good communication. Will definitely be using them again :)

I have used these guys four or five times for various occasions over the past few years. All of my orders have been online via their website and they have always delivered what they promised. The quality of the flowers has always been great and deliveries within the given timeframe.
I messed up the delivery details on my most recent order and they were extremely helpful with making alternate arrangements.

Embassy Florist is always my first choice for bunches or arrangements, the staff their are always very helpful towards me, I would highly recommend this florist to everyone.

My florist of choice - I always highly recommend to all of my friends and family. I've been ordering flowers here for 3+ years and have never been disappointed. Esther and staff can never do enough to assist (what a great bunch of girls!) and the quality is second to none. The lady who served me was cold and very unhelpful. It was like it was the biggest ordeal for her to put my simple order together. Didn't ask me about wrapping options and I left with ugly choices of cellophane around the flowers

I would have walked out if there weren't any other florists around.

I am a florist myself from, and i have never seen such rude customer service over the phone. She spoke to me as tho i am an inconvenience to her and seemed as tho she didn't want to be there. I just hope these flowes where worth my trouble. If these people where to work in my shop i would have made sure today was her last.

Worst customer service. Found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. Said 'hello' as soon as I walked in and was ignored by staff. Then asked for help to arrange a bouquet and was basically told that they were out of stock on the colour I wanted and wasn't given any other alternatives or advice/recommendations on any bouquet ideas. Needless to say I will not be going back here.

Just bought some flowers on a whim and Esther helped me choose some lovely flowers and wrapped them up beautifully. I definitely recommend Embassy Florist, I left feeling happy about my purchase because the prices were good and the flowers looked great after being wrapped. Thank you Esther!
