They answer your questions via emails quicker than you expected. They are also so respectful and try to help customers face to face or via emails.

Granted they never responded to my email nor answered the phone in English but they did provide a very fast seven day turnaround for our Visa's. Something unique was they sent SMS's to confirm receipt & dispatch of our Passports. I have not encountered this reassuring confirmation before with the nine other Visa's we have got from Embassies here in Australia.. Just follow the clear instructions on their website, ask your Travel agent in Iran to get you the Visa approval code from the Ministry in Tehran and it is smooth sailing.. Very Happy.. Thank you !

I recently sent my old iranian passport and got a new one. i am extremely happy with their service and thank them for their prompt service. it was not that difficult to do the paperwork. i strongly recommend people to go on their website to the farsi section, and they can download the forms which shows all the requirements for getting a passport.

Many thanks,

Regards,

They are the most ridiculous thing. They can not even talk or write in English. They are so self oriented and do not care about the customer. They take holidays as they wish while their website says otherwise. It takes lots of effort to just get in touch with them. They better close down and not exist in Australia.

The unhappiest and most inconvenience experience I've had since I've been in Australia.
My passport had been expired few months ago and I needed the information about what I need to do and which documents I need. Their website was helpless and not clear enough to direct different inquiries and I had to search each time to find what I was looking. They wanted me photos with size 4*6 and mentioned if you send the documents without JP's approval (only for women which need their husbands permission to leave Iran and change their resident place to Australia in their passport) we renew your passport without changing the resident place and also without the permission to leave Iran when you're traveling alone. As their forms which needed to be approved by JP was only in Farsi and I couldn't find a Persian JP so I sent my documents without the approval because I thought I can do it when we traveled back to Iran.
They returned my documents back and mentioned the photos size must be 3*4 and they can't renew my passport without JP'S approval!!!!
They don't even respect their own words!!!!
They didn't care I paid $40 for the envelopes and I had to pay another $40 again only because they didn't respect their own rules and obviously it's my problem so why should they bother themselves. I sent my documents again yesterday and I'm still not sure if they're going to return my papers again and complain about something else.

I applied for my citizenship the same time as well. I thank Australian government for such an easy and convenient process. Being a citizen of Australia is much much easier than renewing my own country's passport!!!

I want to tell those one who work for the embassy that I know you're following the same system in Iran to deal with your own people but please learn a little from Australian system and have some respect for people's time and money.

I have contacted embassy four times via email for enquiry about passport renewal and never received any answer. Also ,contacted them 4 times via phone and never my phone got any answer. worst place I ever dealt with in Australia. I need information for Passport renewal to know what document I should post to them. I would appreciate if any one can comment to help me.
