Immediate service by very friendly staff.

The staff are friendly and delightful... I've actually been to the embassy in canberra quite a few times. Longest time I've had to wait is about 10 minutes because people were in front of me. Most times I'm straight in and straight out in under 5 minutes. Whoever left the review of "Worse services ever".... really??? Maybe the staff sensed your bad mood, and probably didn't want to deal with you. Anyway, I've found them fantastic.

Im wondering what they do i there, they never pick up the phone. Very bad services ever

Try the Consulate website in Sydney for visa application download,I have
been to Vietnam seven times in last four years and have always had great turnaround service [3 days] on visa through Embassy In Canberra by return mail to Brisbane.

I had no real issues on the phone. The website is crap, but i managed to find the visa form online. I called the number to check the price for the visa ($95 today-single entry, less than 30 days)- the number google says rang out, but i called one of the other 3 numbers on the application form and was quickly assisted. In 2012 the visa turn around time was fantastic- suppose I will find out about now when I send off again. (Amazing holiday just by the by).

Worse services ever!! If there is 0 star I would give them.not even worth it. I dont know what kind of embassy that cant even call for a month and dont even reply emails! Im having here an emergency and waiting for them to answer my calls. Very upset about this embassy

Tourist visa fees are not available on their website. You need to contact the embassy to find out the exact cost. They did not respond to any of my emails. After several unanswered phone calls, I was finally able to get through. FYI: Single Entry 1 Month Tourist Visa quoted at AU$95.00/person, as at 28/09/2016.

I wish I could give them zero star instead. Typical communist working pattern even though it's located in Australia.

Everytime my friends or I call and ask for their services, they would quote different prices for the same thing. I called and request to have my documents certified and in 2 days I got 3 different prices from 3 different people picking up the phone. We paid extra for urgent service and after 1,5 week we haven't got the documents back, called them to realise they forgot about our documents.

Customer service is horrible towards Vietnamese. It seems like the employees there think they have the authority to make their customers, especially Vietnamese, suffer. They know we need their services so no matter how terrible their attitude is, we still have to pay and come back to ask for their services again.

I'm immensely disappointed and heartbroken to see the embassy of Vietnam remains unchanged after all these years.
