Got greeted by words "what do you want" by an employee who has no customer skills whatsoever.
The worst experience ever. When I tried to plea my case I was actually told I''m rude and he does not like me therefor "forger your visa" was his intelligent response to my questions.
It shows again how far behind Ukraina is when it comes to etiquette and social standards. Luckily this male employee does not represent the whole nation.
I'd suggest taking courses in communication skills and customer care.

Visa guy said getting a 90 day tourist visa will be 'very difficult'. Then said apply, so they get the visa money of $130. When i said i dont want to waste $130 if its guaranteed as unsuccessful he then said 'dont waste my time' then hung up. Corrupt and rude.

Very rude man answering phone, the service is terrible, this job is definitely not for such people. As I can see nobody does care, people are complaining and nothing has been changed!

Extremely slow service and rude to their own people who are so far away from home who need help... very unfortunate considering we live in New Zealand too which makes things even harder.

Great, friendly and fast customer service. The staff member on duty was very knowledgeable and managed to do everything by himself, very impressive!

I've had to come here a few times in the last 5 years or so, and have always been served by the same burly, scornful man.
First impression of the place is already off putting; there is a small office behind glass doors but when you try to enter it is locked and the secretary inside reluctantly gestures for you to go into the tiny hidden side window on the right. When you approach this window the blinds are down and the operating times above it are completely different to that of the website (not to mention they never answer the phone or emails).
After ringing the doorbell and waiting for a bit, this man opens the window and glares at you and doesn't seem to want to help in any way at all.
Every time I've been here I had to wait a minimum of 2 hours for what should've been a simple administrative task. I'm guessing that he actually took his lunch break in the middle without telling us. When he made a mistake we politely mentioned it to him and he just sauntered off to fix it with no apology whatsoever, but if we made a tiny mistake he glared, looked genuinely disgusted and then disappeared for ages again.
I also believe that he has a problem with Russian speakers, because I've noticed him being nicer to other customers who spoke to him in Ukrainian (but later these customers spoke Russian among each other!).
This is the rudest man I have ever met and I hope he changes his attitude or gets replaced as the "face" of Ukraine in Australia. I hope I never have to come here again.

I dealt with the embassy on numerous times in relation to visas and passports. The passport service is prompt and the documents are adjusted or issued faster than stated service times, as happened on several occasions. The visa service operates according to the stated timelines.

На какие-либо вопросы отвечать отказываются, хамят. Непонятно зачем на сайте указывают часы, чтобы можно было получить какую-либо информацию по телефону,если кроме ехидства, информации ноль. После общения с сотрудником визового отдела, у туристов пропадает желание ехать в Украину.
