I kind of agree with the sentiment here, but when clients want cheap and quick construction it results in the McMansion phenomenon we are seeing in canberra's suburbs.

Today's bathroom Reno in progress! The best thing an owner of a new home can do is ask lots of questions about waterproofing! The BCA has changed, so make sure your builder is up to date on the requirements to avoid stuff like this!
