We know most people don’t deal with investment, superannuation and insurance everyday – and for good reason. It can be complicated and sometimes it’s even hard to know where to start. That’s why we believe the advice and service we provide must be understood by our clients, if it is to help achieve their goals. Too many people take advice without actually understanding it. We think that’s wrong.
Reliable
In order to deliver great advice, we know that clients expect the advice we deliver can be trusted to help achieve their goals. Reliability also means working with clients over time to adjust and refine the strategies as a client’s life changes. Reliability to us is all about client satisfaction.
Accessible
We’ve heard stories of clients finding it hard to contact their adviser. We never want that to be the case at Envision Financial Services. If you need to speak with us but can’t meet in person, then we commit to also being available by phone, Skype, Face time or just about any other means of communication if it works for you. We also commit to responding to your emails if not the same day, within one working day. Accessible to us also means taking a caring and friendly approach. So if you need help, we’re here to help.
Convenient
We are centrally based and we can come to you. We also have a number of after-hours appointments available each week as we know busy clients often have trouble seeing us during work day hours.
