Everbean Espresso Bar

Coffee was excellent, but the food wasn't anywhere near as good.
Overall it's a nice little cafe with a good atmosphere, I'll be back for coffee :))

Awesome coffee, love the beans they use, smooth finish not too bitter and well balanced for my taste.

Awful food. Eggs Benedict came with two eggs cooked until stiff to the yolk! Just not a passing grade there.

Will give them another try though, might have just been an off day.

Really, really disappointing.

My family were out for lunch after their week holiday away. They had two hours to spare, so we figured we could sit down and have a nice catch up at Everbean. Huge mistake.

Despite my Mum repeating our simple order loudly, twice (Two toasties, one avo smash, coffee), we ended up with a 45-60 minute wait. I was getting fed up and approached the counter, inquired about our missing meals. We discovered our order was lost. We had a table number, but no food coming, and no one had done anything about it for over an hour. A waitress popped over to our table to take our order again, but by that time we had a limited window. We chose to get a refund and get out of there.

I was pleasantly surprised when the shift manager then offered to arrange some form of voucher. She let us know they had been having technical issues with the till, but I can't understand how that would affect order processing. I gave my mobile phone number so they could call/communicate. They even went so far as to send someone running after us to get my name, which I happily provided. It's been about a week now and I haven't heard anything from them.

I'll update if they do indeed contact me, but I'm not particularly hopeful.

Served first espresso in cold cup, instantly cooling the precious nectar within. However was quickly addressed after raising it with the staff who re-served in a heated glass cup. So five stars for service and willingness to promptly fix, and for good coffee. Best so far in the mall...

Coffee was very insipid. I don't recommend this place for coffee lovers. Presentation of the cafe is tired and run down.

Nice and friendly little cafe next to centre stage. I take mum here regularly, we love the coffee. French toast is my favourite brekky, very generous portion and very tasty.

Coffee was flavourful and brewed nicely. Not burnt! Doesn't cater for Gluten Free though.
