Family First General Practice

Easy to get an appointment. Dr's actually follow up and generally care about there clients. My Dr even helped me out on his day off! Very happy with them!

Dr Govind Kotha is polite and very thorough with his examination. He provides referral to specialists when required and often follow up with the results. He had also called my home number once to check on my recovery process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good GP in Franklin area.

We have been seeing Dr. Govind Kotha for our 3 yr old daughter for more than 2 years, always get the appointment we wanted and the wait time is very minimal. The Dr is very friendly and creates a vgood rapport with our daughter before checking her up. Have been providing best care for our daughter and definitely a 5 star for Family First GP clinic.

We have been seeing Dr Gorvind for the past 6mths, he has always been very thorough in his appointments and recommendations with our boys. Practice is always clean and tidy. Great that they have online booking service. A couple of times we have made late night bookings to get in early the next morning. Very convenient for families on the run.

I attended the Family Practice at Franklin for the first time today.
As soon as I entered his office Dr Govind Kotha made me feel very relaxed and as I had a couple of ailments for him to check over he was very generous with his time.
Nothing was a rush and Dr Kotha was very thorough in assessing my condition and all done under the cost of a normal consultation.
I must also mention that the receptionist was very friendly and most helpful in getting my paperwork organised.
Finally a practice in Canberra where the bill doesn't cause you the most pain.

We have been coming to Family First since our baby was born. The doctor is very thorough and is gentle and kind. He called me to follow up how my baby was doing after he had a bad rash. Very pleased with the service we receive each visit. They bulk bill children which is nice and convenient.
