I am afraid, GPs and even more so, specialists, come across as if not much mattered beyond material rewards. In my 30 years in the ACT, I have yet to find a doctor, a practice where I do not feel after each visit that I am just there to add to their bottom line. It feels as though there is very little concern for and next to no interest in me as a patient. A very unsettling feeling. In this regard, Fisher family practice is no different to the few ones I have visited in Canberra.

I have been attending Fisher Family Practice for many years and have nothing but praise for the reception staff but especially for my GP, Dr John Howe who has guided me through a number of quite serious situations.
