My name is Chris Polomack, I am a French private chef who is very passionate about food.

I have been a chef for the past 10 years and I am ready to deliver all my years of

experience on to your table.

I'm able to cater for your everyday meals, packages functions and romantic dinners.

I am able to cater to your dietary needs and to your every taste.

I trained and grew up in France ( Lyon ) but my background is from the Caribbean.

My island is called Martinique and Guadeloupe. I can define Caribbean food as a , spicy , tasty, using a lot of seafood and chicken.

I am open to any charity is need of a chef.
