Frisco Direct

From the friendly and personal customer service in the showroom, to the quality of the furniture and the fantastic delivery this was an awesome shopping experience. We recently bought two leather lounges, a buffet and entertainment unit from Frisco Direct furniture. The staff in the showroom were great and very helpful. The transaction was easy and delivery was organised in the next few days. We live on a rural property with a kilometre long driveway which is a little hard to find. The delivery guys were very understanding, friendly and professional. The furniture was delivered in perfect condition. The whole experience of shopping with Frisco direct was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for furniture in the Canberra region. Oh I almost forgot... their prices are outstanding!

Large range of furniture but the sales man i had needed a lot more training (Jeff.) A few times he told us couches were leather but closer inspection of the labels said that they were not leather. He also took a phone call while serving us.
I would shop there but only if i trusted the information given.

Unbelievable customer service! Sale person (Sandra) she had a great warm welcoming to us and with too much patience and great advice.Sandra also helped us to chose our the most perfect furniture to suit our home. The General Manager(Geoff) he looked after us and gave us prices as well. The greatest surprise was same day delivery that they offered us. In the morning time I purchased the furniture and in the the evening we had dinner on our new table! The Delivery System was great! the delivery staff were very careful to move our furniture gently .I strongly recommend everyone to go to this furniture business in Canberra. They are unique! If you don't want any headache just go there.

I was able to purchase quality products at much cheaper prices than anywhere else. I also bought a few scratch and dent pieces at even cheaper prices. I would like to thank the Staff for taking the time with me to help me with my choices and for following up with me on other items I required. I am grateful for the fast delivery over Christmas and received my items the same day. The drivers were so careful to make sure the item and my home were not damaged.
