Early InterventionWe provide leading edge technologies and advice to mental health experts to assist them to provide effective treatments efficiently. We regularly meet professionals who are struggling to understand the changing face of trauma and how they can apply effective strategies to improve their organisation and workforce. Are you interested in learning some effective strategies to reduce the impact on staff?At Future Psych we specialise in working with professionals who take their leadership roles very seriously, but struggle to understand how to prevent the impact of a particularly stressful working environment on the personal lives of their staff. We have worked with 1000 + clients and organisations, assisting them to gain insight into the impact of trauma on individuals and how organisations can minimise the impact of stress inducing work environments on their people. We support mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, who feel that the technology maze is confusing and they can't determine what is right for particular professions. It seems too 'risky' - so we do nothing. . .
