Possibly the rudest person on the earth working there! I made a simple inquiry about getting some clothes ironed (as they had already been washed and dried), and I couldn't iron them myself as I've been struck down with a serious illness and don't live with anyone to help me with some necessary chores around the house. He made me out to be a complete idiot saying "what do you mean... ironing......"
I said "well it's just, the clothes have been washed and dried, and I just needed a hand to iron them" (keep in mind - I was happy to pay whatever it cost to be done!).
He said in the rudest possible voice "we don't do ironing............." with a big silence at the end which make me feel like the biggest idiot for not knowing. What a horrible way to be. I wonder why people feel the need to be so rude? Safe to say - I'd never give this business a cent.
