Rushed job even though I was the only customer in the store... never again

I've used them three times now. The staff are very quick and do a professional job. The salon is also very clean.

My friend and i went in for a full set each, there were 4 staff members on at the time and no other people in the nail salon. One lady started on my nails and a man started on my friend, it took the lady a good 20 minutes to stick the tip on and then she decided she didnt want to do it anymore and went and sat down with the other 3 staff all sitting there playing on their phones laughing to eachother. They may aswell have not put any nails on my friend because they made them so short which is not what she wanred, shape was not done properly and shellac was not set and peeled off not once but twice. They grabbed her finger looked at it between the male and female, laughed and said something which made us uncomfortable. They cut my fingers multiple times because apparently my skin is a better place for their filing tool than my actual nail. It took them over an hour and a half to do a dodgy job. Will never go back.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Overpriced, underskilled and quite rude. Staff have no idea what they are doing and I would guarantee that they have had absolutely no accredited training of any kind in nail care. Recent (and last) visit I asked for SNS nail removal - nail technician hacked at my nails and basically pulled the the gel off of my nails. No soaking or filing. And then had the audacity to overcharge me for her manhandling. Take my advice and stay away from this salon!

I have been coming here for 3 months now and have never been disappointed with my nails! The girls are super friendly and always have a chat! I broke a nail literally the day after i got my nails done (my fault completely) went back in after work and they fixed it for free! I highly recommend glamorous nails and spa in jerra!

I have been getting my nails done at the Jerrabomberra store for 3 months now and can not praise the girls high enough. I'm extremely happy with the level of service I get for the amount I pay!

I have been going to Glamorous Nails Jerrabomberra for approx 18 months, and have nothing but praise for the service I receive. My nails are always impeccable as the ladies are perfectionists and pay attention to every detail. I have SNS Nails done and I am extremely happy with them. I have seen these lovely ladies deal with some very difficult customers, in a very professional manner, and have nothing but high praise for this salon. Highly Recommended!

I had called this place in advance to try and book an appointment. She told me on the phone to just come in anytime and they could fit me within 20 mins. I clarified I would be there in 5 minutes and when I arrived she told me that she could not fit me in at all. Totally disappointed and would never recommend! Poor customer service!

Been coming here for over a year and have never been disappointed! The ladies are lovely and do exactly what you ask for everytime.

Absolutely horrendous. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and double/triple checked that they knew what they were doing. They assured me that they did. Needless to say they did not deliver. And when confronted after saying that was not what I wanted, their hospitality ceased instantaneously!

Excellent service. Definitely know what they are doing. Highly recommend going to this place. Very friendly as well. I personally have been going here for nearly 2 years. Wouldn't change ☺☺

I have been getting my nails done by Kate for nearly 12 months. She is amazing, extremely good at what she does, listens to what you want and nothing is too much trouble! As long as Kate's around I won't be going anywhere else! Thank you 😊
