They take advantage of people who don’t know about cars.. Terrible service..

Been going here for years for logbook servicing. All invoices have been reasonable and they've not tried to upsell me on anything.

Run of the mill crooks. Made the mistake of going here instead of my usual place in Tuggeranong with a simple puncture. After about fifteen minutes I get a call and the guy tells me it "has to be replaced" costing a hundred. Unfortunate and odd as it was a small puncture. Additionally it was a brand new top of the line potenza. The guy charging the money doesn't say much and the price was now down to $70. About an hour after getting home I go and actually look properly. They had taken the punctured tyre which I assumed was repaired as well as the brand new spare and two near new top of the line potenza tyres replacing them with bald, who knows how old bottom of the line "blue streak" ones, leaving the one Dayton I had on the front left because it's also bottom line. First thing the next morning I drive back to confront them. As expected the the guy denies it and even has the gall to say he doesn't like being accused of such things. He even takes me in the workshop and shows me what he claims was on my car - an old, bald potenza taken off some teenage kids WRX. The guy also says "I don't know what potenza means" in a pathetic attempt to seem ignorantm My word against his and there's not a thing I can do about it. As a result of them putting unsafe, unmatched bald tyres on my car I have now had two wheel pins sheared clean off and have nearly lost an entire wheel driving just now. Having worked in the automotive industry I was disgusted that they saw me as a sucker. God only knows how many ignorant peoples brand new tyres they steal and then sell off as new like they have done with mine. Do not ever go here. You have been warned.

Amazing customer service - took a tyre in today 03/12/2016 on the off chance I could get it repaired, unfortunately I was told I needed a new tyre. However the guys did it straight away, then asked if I would I like them to put it on my car. I said yes but would they please put my new spare and the new tyre on the front please. Which they did for no extra charge - great service. Fantastic bunch of guys.
