Dr Ben Martin is a absolute jem of a doctor! Down to earth and interested in his clients.

Had an appointment. Doctor was fifteen minutes late. Not normally a big deal but I had back to back appointments that day. I had to leave and did the polite thing, let the girl know at the counter. She responds with 'well doctors are busy'. I said well yes but I have other appointments so I need to cancel. She says 'fine, see ya'. Charming service. Perhaps a career in customer service wasn't the best choice for this young lady. There are about fifty doctors in Gungahlin, clearly never going back to this one.

Dr Ben Martin is an awesome GP. Well regarded across the health system; wherever you go his reputation precedes him as thoughtful and systematic. Caring of his patients.

Dr Ben Martin is the friendliest and most down to earth doctor I've had the pleasure of calling my physician in recent years. His commitment to the patient, as well as the logical systematic methods he employs with diagnosing health problems is second to none.
After 15 years of dealing with a chronic condition and over a dozen doctors and specialists who have been in control of my health, I can honestly say the level of care, understanding and can-do attitude of Dr Martin has rebuilt my faith in the medical system here in Canberra.
It's extremely refreshing to be under the care of a doctor who would rather take a 'less is more' approach and try and find the cause rather than constantly treating the symptoms with just throwing drugs at the problem and hoping one will cure the ailment.
Ben is fantastic with kids, great with ladies and respectful of everyone and their needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Martin and will continue on with him as my physician indefinitely. If only all doctors of the current generation were as caring of their patients and their well being. One of the best around!

Doctors are great but reception staff really let this place down. They are always so rude to every person. Ive had horrible experience with them personally and witnessed awful treatment of others.

Dr Ben Martin. Worst Doctor i have ever seen. I explained that the painkiller i was on for chronic lower back pain was making me ill (Tramadol) so he simply said "Then don't take it" to which i replied "So what should i do about the pain?" He then called me a drug seeker and told me i was a low life and i should go find a herroin dealer cause thats where my life is heading.
