Pre-season training continues this Saturday with a discus session with Coach Rodney. This session is appropriate for all ages, for those wanting to learn basic technique and also those wanting to learn the spin in the cage. Registrations for our Season 2018-19 are now OPEN and we are also running pre-season training on Saturdays at 12pm at Amaroo Oval.
This Saturday (August 25th) we will be running Javelin for U11s and older and Long Jump for younger athletes.
If you are moving up into an age group where you are doing Javelin for the first time this is a great opportunity to learn the basic technique. On the weekend before the start of our season we will be hosting two Come and Try and Registration days at Amaroo Oval.
At these times you can pick up your registration pack - RECOMMENDED to avoid long lines on the first competition day
Try out some athletics activities if you are new to Little Athletics. We will have the track and games set up for the kids... Buy new uniform items or pick up ordered items Volunteer to be an age group manager or to help out in other ways this season

Winter training continues this Saturday - Coach Rodney will be running a discus session. Please email Rodney if you are planning on coming along (all details on our website Training Page).

A great introductory coaching course opportunity for parents looking to be age group managers or assist with coaching next season.

Good luck and best wishes to GUNLAC Alumni Annie Leszczynska who is competing in the 400m hurdles at the World U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland. How exciting is it to see one our past GUNLAC athletes competing on the world stage. Go Annie, we'll be cheering for you!
