I don't like to give bad reviews but the experience I had here today was terrible. Got charged double for the same service i done last year because they considered 20 mins of doctors time as a long consultation. I mentioned about it when paying, they just told me I can just claim it from my private health care but they don't know my health care doesn't cover services like this. Although, some health care might cover these kinda services but there is still no right to charge more than it should be. Too profit oriented please avoid.

I have been going to this medical centre for over a decade. The quality of service and care I receive is second to none in Canberra.

My elderly parent's have been looked after imaculately by this medical centre for approximately the past 16 years. On all occasions they have received a friendly and warm welcome by receptionist staff, and a 5 star service from Doctor's and nurses each time of their visits. All Doctor's focus on personal individual health issues in an attentive, caring and professional manner.

Specifically, Dr Wayne Pahn has looked after and supported my parent's health needs over all these many years, on a regular basis, I might add. Both my parent's have sincere trust in Dr Pahn's assessments and his recommendations. He takes the upmost time with his patients, if need be, providing ultimate attention to his patients in a caring, "down-to-earth" and friendly manner.

My parent's, now 85 and 86 years of age always emphasize he is a wonderful Doctor, great person, and they say they would not go anywhere else for their health care needs. They highly recommend Dr Pahn and his staff to patients of any age, young or old.

The staff are all professional in handling the bookings and more efficient and easy now to book using a smart phone or tablet. I have a personal GP but I've seen most of the GP there if I need medical treatment. They are all knowledgeable and proficient. In terms of medical fee, though I am a veteran and use my gold card..I have a several friends said that the fee is average and quite good. No long queues and not a noisy place like kids running or crying. Close to several pharmacy and coffee shops. Try it and see for yourself

I can recommend Dr Wayne Pahn as a very knowledgeable, thorough and caring general practitioner. I owe my life to him sending me for blood tests, when he had concerns that something out of the normal was happening with my health. He has picked up 2 serious medical conditions in the last 2 years. Well done!

The doctors and staff at this centre have looked after my health needs since 2000. Desk and office staff are courteous, they have a great online booking process on their website and nurse support has always been superb. You may have to. wait a bit but the doctors here spend as much time with each patient as is required to meet their needs. Highly recommended.
