Hands down the worst customer service. We are currently purchasing our first home and using Anthony. I have previously called them 5 days in a row and then had to threaten taking our business elsewhere before a phone call would be returned. I was not told that our stamp duty was missing documents for almost a month, and I happened to just check for my own peace of mind, in which I again had to call multiple times before getting a response only to find out that it hadn't been sent because of missing documents. I currently have 13 days to settle, and he has not returned a phone call since I was given our certificate of occupancy and notice to settle. He has not faxed our certificate of occupancy to our mortgage broker so we can get finance, our mortgage broker is currently getting it through our real estate agent because our solicitor cant pull his finger out of his bum. Our real estate agent and mortgage broker have been great, and Hansteins have done nothing except cause us stress. I would never recommend them to anyone.
