Decent range, although the 'sales' mean nothing (the prices were the same as the regular ticket price!).

Service is pretty shocking, too. These guys haven't adjusted to a competitive retail market - you can't sit behind the desk ignoring customers instead of being out on the floor making an effort when people can go online and buy things at the price they're actually worth.

Good store, helpful staff. We have bought a number of items there and they have been fairly accommodating with price matching.

Very happy with the service and result. We returned a kettle which was faulty. The friendly staff were more than happy to organise replacement. Fortunately we still had the docket as we purchased it at another branch.

The Fyshwick branch should receive the worst customer service award. It seems like the place is run by a bunch of cow boys. They are more interested in gossiping among themselves than helping customers. Some of them are very ignorant beings too. Looks at you and turns a blind eye. I would advice heading to bring lee/ good guys as they are pretty competitive and has far better customer service.

Sent my computer in for a screen replacement. 2 months later, no call. I go in and there is no record of my computer. Eventually they find it. It had been factory reset and it was at one of their employee's homes. After taking my "fixed" computer back to my house, it was slow and wouldn't update the drivers. After a day it just didn't start up all together. Had to hand it into the store again. Finally got it back today, but without the charger. Apparently I didn't give them the charger But I remember the guy twirling it up so it was neat. I didn't argue because I was just so over this whole situation. So now I have to buy a new charger. Also i didn't get any compensation for all my files being wiped besides not having to pay for the "repair".

Sales staff weren't really interested in looking at reducing prices so we went to Bing Lee and got an exceptional bargain

A huge collection of furniture, white goods, electronic and bathroom accessories under one roof, ample car park, easly accessible. Better to check prices with competitors first to bargain

Just horrible experience. Checked with 4-5 customer service agents for some questions about buying a food processor but all of them told me that they are busy with other customers. I could clearly see that some of them were not with anyone at all and some of them were just chatting with some customers about some silly issues which were not at all related to Harvey Norman products.. Just so disappointed with their service. Or rather no service at all.

The staff are excellent and there is a mighty fine sausage sizzle happening out the front. Spoke to one of the staff who spent time showing me all my options very knowledgeable.

It is a full service experience. They have stock, they can deliver it ans usually install it. Service is consistent and very good. Prices can vary a lot week to week though so watch that.
