Heart Support Australia is dedicated to providing support, information and encouragement to individuals and families affected by heart conditions.

Heart Support Australia (HS-A) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering quality peer support to individuals and families affected by heart conditions.

Our branches across Australia personify our values of support, information and encouragement. Our branch members, who are all heart patients themselves, attend local hospitals to provide support and advocacy for people who have just suffered a heart event. Our members engage with people to assist them to make and maintain lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of having further health issues and provide a model and a social support network to assist in making these changes.

Through support, information and encouragement, we help people affected by heart conditions to achieve excellent health outcomes. We want survivors to go from having a damaged heart to having a strong heart.
