Rubbish. Waste of time. Don't go there to do your tax. They do nothing. Charge you for their services and get you $0 back

Once you are a client you experience very poor communication within the business.

Booked 3 days in advance for an off peak time. Turned up 5 minutes before the hour. At 20 minutes after hour walked out. My time is important to me even if its not to H+R Block!
