Professional frontline staff, thorough and great communication.

Staff very friendly and helpful, always wiling to go the extra mile for me even though I only have one account. That kind of objectivity is rare to find in a bank, and I really appreciate it. I have to make deposits a few times a week and every time I am greeted with a smile. The banking process itself is simple and no hidden fees are around to bite you. The staff are bilingual which helps and is quite admirable, to be honest. I love banking with HSBC and visiting their branch is always a pleasure! I recommend this bank to anyone who wants simplicity in dealing with their money and no nonsense banking. They are the second largest bank in the world for a reason.

Awful bank!!! Staff can't speak english. That chinese personal banker seems not know what she is doing. I don't trust her to take care of my account.

I have been the customer with HSBC for 10 years in NSW. work opportunity lead me to canberra. However, i decide to close my account with Canberra Branch. That is the worse branch i have never experience. The young personal banker is very rude and sales driven. She is rolling her eyes all the time when she notice i have no interest in signing additional credit card. and she is extremely rude to push me over my appointment when she know she can not get any thing from me regarding her sales of insurances. By the way, her mouth is very smelly, Just like she has never brush her teeth. Ugly sour face is just ruin my day. I can not believe it HSBC is hiring such low standard employee. It is shame. No standard brunch.

Had a particularly complicated USD payment to be made overseas. Staff were more than helpful. They took over the task and organised it for me, as well as setting up a facility for future transactions.

the worst bank ever, they wont help if you call the service centre, just stay away from this bank
