Hudsons Coffee

Seriously the worst experience. I know you're a chain and perhaps I should lower my expectations but the lacklustre food I'm eating and the insipid, watery, flavourless coffee is, without a doubt, the poorest example of quality.

Lift your game.

Poor service for price. The barista with the name tag "Alanah" is very rude, horrible experience dealing with that lady. When my disabled mother asked for more milk in her coffee she became snappy.

I enjoyed the iced chai - tasted a bit like spicy eggnog.mmm😋

Good coffee and good seats to get some work done. 5 stars for free wifi....

My order isn't simple being a dirty Chai latte with almond. The coffee component was smooth, milk was fine however way too much syrup. I ordered a small and even saw the person pumping the chai syrup in there. Way too much. Prompt service, almost​ 10 for a small coffee and water , a harsh reality with airports is overpriced items, friendly staff.

Worst coffee and rude workers. Milk was burned and coffee was weak.

Waited 10 minutes to order a toasted bacon cheese tomato sandwich.... After 20minutes of waiting for them to call my name, asked how it was coming along.... They hadn't put it on yet. Finally received it to find the bacon was raw. Terrible service and food.

This is ridiculous... three staff all ignoring the massive line up... they must be a better way to serve people. Not everyone making coffee ... get better flow and more speed into your staff otherwise bad reviews will keep comming.

Food/coffee is fine. However.... They're really slow and super disorganized. At busy times they need to have a better system for getting people their order. People have flights to catch and yet the employees seem to act with the urgency of a barista on Lonsdale street.
