I would give a negative star if I could. I asked for a specific hairdresser and was given another one when I was there. It was not ideal but it did not bother me. The process was a bit rush but again I did not mind too much either. However, I found out later that there were at least 6 long scratches on my neck as a result of shaving. I have taken a photo. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I will survive but will never go back there ever.

I wanted just to cut the end of the hair and I said it... I said please dont cut too much, I like my long hair. I had really long hair and I left the hairdresser with the hair over my shoulders ( my mom and everybody were surprised how much they cut it..) I had my engagement party that day...and I wanted to take care of my long hair because Im getting marry next year...never again. Moreover, other friend also went there and had the same experience, we both realized that everybody get short hair in that hairdresser, it looks like they dont know how to work with long hair...never again at least you really like short hair, in that case its perfect....­¤ż”­¤ÅĮŌĆŹŌÖĆ’ĖÅ­¤ż”­¤ÅĮŌĆŹŌÖ Ć’ĖÅ

I quickly needed a wig for my sudden alopecia and they were more than happy to fit me in as soon as possible. Great advice offered and very good quality wig provided and cut to suit. I'm incredibly thankful for Rob and his wife.

I have been going to this salon for 19 years, and have always found Rob, Jan and the team amazing.

I went to see Rob initially for a wig after my hair was severely damaged by another hairdresser. I was quite distressed and Rob put me at ease with his understanding nature and can-do approach. He provided me with more solutions than I thought were possible and was a great comfort during a stressful time. I've since been back for treatments and a cut and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad I've found a new salon with such helpful, professional and friendly staff. Thank you Rob.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Rob at Innovative Hair and Body

I had just commenced Chemotherapy post-surgery for breast cancer. I wanted to ensure I could pre-empt the embarrassment of hair loss before things became too obvious.
I called Rob on a Saturday and he offered to stay open after hours for a consultation that day. He provided me with guidance and advice with no hard sell. He treated me with respect and patience and made the whole process a dignified experience.
Once a decision had been made on a style and type, Rob ensured he received delivery in the shortest time frame possible from the States. Messaging me late at night to provide an update he again offered to come in out of hours to fit my new wig as quickly as possible. Rob also stylishly cut my existing hair into a pixie cut and cut and styled my new wig into a similar version of my existing look. Consulting with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted.

I cannot thank Rob enough for his great service, support and care. He has made the hardest part of a cancer journey into a dignified experience.

I cannot describe the relief I felt when Rob said he would personally come to my hospital room with a selection of wigs to try.
The past 24 hours had been as if a bomb had exploded on my life.
I had been diagnosed with a particularly virulent strain of Leukemia.
Rob discussed the choice and maintenance of the wig, fitted and styled- and took all the guesswork and worry out of choosing a wig for myself.
He was wonderful at a time when I really needed someone wonderful to do this.
I cannot recommend Innovative Hair and Body highly enough for anyone going through the same process!

Beautiful cut, didn't butcher my hair like most hairdressers.

I had Jessica and she asked tonnes of questions before even starting on my hair which was fantastic because it meant she could cut it in accordance with the way I normally style my hair.
