As an active person who suffers from chronic gastric reflux, I know first hand how important health, fitness and nutrition is to maintaining balance and well being and also what it takes to change habits and diet for long term health benefits.
I became a personal trainer because I genuinely want to help people become a healthier, fitter and happier version of themselves.
