Shawn Maile is an accomplished personal trainer who has worked with clients both in person and online to support them in achieving their fitness goals.

Shawn's success with his clients is partly due to his background of helping others in numerous other fields. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Shawn worked as a counsellor, working specifically with women in abusive relationships. He has also worked as a social worker and as a teacher.

But with a lifelong interest in fitness and nutrition, Shawn began working as a personal trainer in 2014 in Oklahoma.
