Jessies Cabin - Rural Retreat

Jessies Cabin, only 10 minutes south of Canberra, a romantic rural getaway for couples or a convenient stop over for those heading to the snowfields.

Located only 10 minutes south of Canberra, Jessies Cabin is a romantic rural retreat on a working cattle farm. Nestled in a valley with picturesque views of the Brindabella Mountains, Jessies Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind. You can sit in front of the fire, outside by the fire pit or if you're feeling energetic go for a bush walk or mountain bike ride around the farm or into the adjoining nature reserve. If you're lucky and it's rained recently you might even like to walk to the waterfall.

The cabin features a queen wrought iron bed, kitchen, table, sitting area, wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, bathroom and deck overlooking the farm and mountains. Basic Pantry Items, Tea and Coffee are provided. The building is built from timber and decorated with all the creature comforts you'd expect.

Our close proximity to Canberra only 30 minutes from the CBD means you can visit the local attractions including the National Art Gallery, National Museum, War Memorial and Question to name a few. There are also hundreds of fabulous restaurants to dine at, local wineries to visit and a Woolworths supermarket and local shopping centre only 10 minutes away.

Jesses cabin is only 2 hours from the NSW snowfields so is a convenient stopover for commuters travelling to the snow.
