Product is good for price we have paid.
Customers service is very good.
less information regarding the product delivery and assemble as stated it was simple but after opening the pack we came to know that we have to assemble leg of sofa by drill. And the staff in the store of Canberra have to improve their attitude and behaviour to the customers. They behave like a boss and as if they are giving the sofas free.
Improve your staff behaviours.
This will be my first and last product.
No free delivery and not assemble free.
Now we are stuck with the sofa. Don’t know how to put the legs of sofa

Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. I have held back from writing a bad review hopeing to resolve the issue with the company but it seems they don't care about there customers. I am still waiting for my couch to be replaced for the second time after the first two sent to me have been damaged. This has been going on since may 2016. Every time I call them they give me some excuse about how the person I spoke to last said or did the wrong thing by telling me incorrect information. You would expect when you spend 2.5 grand that they might look after you AND you would get an undamaged lounge. But this has not been the case. If you choose to buy anything from this store (do not buy a royce w chaise they have an issue with the way they pack them which ruins the suede, I'd be confident that anything they do in suede will have this issue) just hope that you never have to deal with there useless customer service. Will be taking this issue to fair trading.

Great Friendly Staff at the showroom, bought a beautiful modular lounge, delivery was fast and efficient! the only issue i have with the delivery is why didn't they take the Plastic that the lounge was wrapped in?? now i have plastic that wont fit into a normal household bin and taking up room in my backyard!! Last company took all the rubbish with them! Besides this issue its perfect and delivery was prompt!! will recommend to anyone but maybe look into the rubbish removal when delivering!

Friendly staff at the store, the most expensive delivery, longest time to get it delivered (comparing to the competition), assembly of the furniture not offert by the store not even for a fee.
Bought one big office desk the other week, needed 20+ working hours to assembly it, the plan provided was useless, quality of furniture bad.
First and last time at John Cootes. Friendly staff, but everything else decades behind the competition.
