Great for spares
Booked in a couple of months ago for an oil change, sparks, alternator and new wipers. They did the oil change, didn't do sparks as I had told them. The kicker was they changed my wipers but didn't check them so first time I go to use them, only clears half the windscreen. Take it back to them and they claim that they don't do warranty on wipers but will look into it as "good will". Sure... ask them to put new ones on to check if its a batch issue. Nope, can't do that. Eventually got it replaced with a working set three weeks later.
The alternator was changed. Great. Except they didn't reconnect my front lights despite the work order saying "Checked lights and safety". Sure... how do you tick off a car as safe when there's no lights.
Never going back to these clowns again.
If you want your oil changed great but anything more dont bother, tried to get my clutch replaced after telling them its slipping and failed to change gears on numerous times. Booked it in only to not be called back all day, rung 5:20 ooh they say yes we couldnt get it to fault you can pick your ute up! what the hell and then proceed to say if it does it again bring it back. How it wont change into gear!

I went to McGrath Ford Woden to purchase a used vehicle and within two minutes I was approached by salesman peter smith he said good morning sir can I help you with anything I said I would like to purchase this vehicle he said fantastic please take it for a test drive sir I said yes I would thank you he then got the car out for me already to go went for my test drive and when I got back Peter Smith salesman asked me how did the test drive go I said very well I'd like buy the vehicle he said come with me sir and we'll work out a great deal and he did so I am very happy with Peter Smith salesman and he also said so anytime you need anything please come back or call me anytime be happy to help. thank you McGrath Ford Woden. I just need to add 5 days in having my car the battery went flat I called john McGrath Ford Woden and said my car won't start the battery is flat the manager said we don't usually Cover the battery but you had the car 5 days he said if I brought car and 5 days later I would like a new battery so he said I will be more then happy to pay for a new battery please take the car to the local ford where you are at right now so I had it Jump started and went to Mcallister Ford in young they where more than happy to put a new battery in and bill John Mcgrath Ford Woden so thank you once again John Mcgrath Ford Woden.
Helpful and courteous. The sales staff and service staff are all very helpful and courteous. My experience with my new car so far (9 months) has been good.
Used car salesman talking over me while I ask questions. New car salesman dismissive and completely uninterested in selling a vehicle. This is my second experience like this in the only two times I've come here.
This dealership gets a bad rep around town but I have to say my experience was great (with the service side). My Falcon was serviced on time, at the quoted price, all the required work was done, and the team was very helpful and professional.
Had no experience buying a car here but we cant help giving 5-star to Paul-the new service manager for assisting us with our faulty Ford car bought from Sydney. He is super helpful and pleasant to deal with (y)
